As co-owner of the ALA Tournament Trail we intend to serve as a platform for all women wishing to fish, whether they are life-long Professional Anglers or Amateur Bass Anglers just starting their career in the back of the boat.  In addition, instead of very little in the way of reward for top finishers, the ALA will offer much more competitive cash payouts and prizes.  By offering the team format, whether utilizing either random or angler-chosen pairing, the two women will have the chance to work together in a team-atmosphere, sharing both the fish and the prizes.  Having an affordable, team-tournament concept is not unique to tournament fishing, but it is unique to the Women’s Professional Angling Circuit.
